General Terms and Conditions (EU)
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store within the European Union. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between us and consumers via our Shopify online store.
2. Products
We sell women’s fashion items. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Minor deviations in color or design may occur due to different screen settings.
3. Contract Conclusion
By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The contract is concluded once you receive an order confirmation by email.
4. Prices & Taxes
All prices listed are final prices and include statutory VAT in accordance with EU regulations, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. Estimated delivery times are indicated on the product page or during checkout. Delays caused by shipping providers or force majeure are not our responsibility.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you receives the goods.

8. Returns & Refunds
Returned items must comply with our Returns & Refund Policy. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with original tags. Certain items may be excluded from returns for hygiene reasons.
9. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damages. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the European Union and the laws of the country in which our business is established, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Consumers retain the protection of mandatory provisions of their country of residence.
12. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR). Consumers may use this platform to resolve disputes out of court.
13. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version valid at the time of order placement shall apply.
