Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items under the following conditions:

Return Period
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving your items.

Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. All original tags must be attached, and items must be free from stains, odors (such as perfume or smoke), or damage. Items should be returned in the original packaging where possible.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: underwear, swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, and accessories such as earrings. Sale or discounted items are non-returnable unless stated otherwise.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
