RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Right of Withdrawal (Return Without Reason)

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without providing any reason.

The product must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
The return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Please contact us before returning any items via email at
info.elourashop(at)gmail.com, including your full name and order number, to register the return.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount using the original payment method.
Refunds are usually processed within 14 days after receipt of the return.

2. Return or Exchange Due to Defect or Incorrect Item

If the delivered product is damaged, defective, or does not match the description, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.

Kindly include photos or a short video clearly showing the defect, along with a brief description of the issue.

After review by our quality assurance team, we will offer one of the following options:

  • Replacement with the same item

  • Exchange for an item of equal value

  • Full refund of the purchase price

3. Change of Mind or Incorrect Size

If you wish to exchange a product because it does not fit or does not meet your expectations, this is possible.

In such cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to one of our warehouses, either in Europe or Asia, depending on the origin of the original shipment.

4. Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

As we already offer free initial shipping (€25–€35 value), we do not provide prepaid return labels.

Please note that our main warehouse is located in Dongguan City, China.
